1. Booking & Payment Terms

Non-Refundable Deposit

• A $100 non-refundable deposit and a signed agreement are required to secure your event date.

• However, if Casual Moments by SK LLC is unable to accommodate the client’s selected date, an alternate date, or an agreed-upon date, the deposit will be refunded in full.

• Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit and agreement are received.

• Upon confirmation, an invoice for the remaining balance will be issued.

Payment Schedule

• The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event.

• Clients may make installment payments over 2–3 weeks, but full payment is required by the 48-hour deadline.

Additional Charges

• Any event that exceeds the agreed-upon time or requires extra services will incur a charge of $65 per hour.

• All additional time and services must be approved in advance.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Client-Initiated Cancellations

• All deposits are non-refundable once a date is agreed upon and confirmed.

• If cancellation occurs 7 or more days before the event and full payment has been made:

  • Client may reschedule (subject to availability), or

  • Request a partial refund, minus a $75 cancellation fee.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the event may be denied, at the sole discretion of Casual Moments by SK LLC.

Early Termination by Client

• If the client cancels or terminates within 24 hours of the scheduled event, no refund is guaranteed.

• Any potential refund or rescheduling is entirely at the discretion of Casual Moments by SK LLC.

Weather-Related Cancellations

• In case of inclement weather, we will work to reschedule to a mutually convenient date.

• If rescheduling is not possible and full payment has been made, we may issue a partial refund, minus:

  • The deposit (unless no agreed date was possible), and

  • A $50 preparation fee.

Force Majeure

• Casual Moments by SK LLC is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, government restrictions).

• In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

• If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund will be issued, excluding:

  • The deposit (unless no agreed date was confirmed), and

  • Any costs already incurred.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure the event site is flat, level, and safe for proper setup.

• We reserve the right to refuse setup if the site is unsafe or unsuitable.

• The client is fully responsible for all guests and for any damages to tents, décor, or property.

• Smoking, vaping, and hookah use are strictly prohibited inside the tents.

4. Liability Waiver

Casual Moments by SK LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage resulting from:

• Misuse of equipment

• Client or guest negligence

By booking, the client assumes full responsibility for the event and its participants.

5. Dispute Resolution

• Parties agree to attempt informal negotiation in good faith.

• If unresolved within 10 business days, disputes go to mediation in Tennessee, Mississippi or Arkansas.

• If mediation fails, binding arbitration will follow under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

• All proceedings will be in English.

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Tennessee, Mississippi or Arkansas.
