Frequently Asked Questions About Our Rentals

How long is the rental period for the bubble tent?

Our bubble tents rent for 4-hour time blocks, but you can extend your time for $65 per additional hour.

How do I book a bubble tent rental?

You can book directly through our website by selecting a date, choosing a package, electronically signing the agreement, and placing a $100 deposit. This amount is applied to your final balance. Full payment is required 2 days before your event date. The deposit is non-refundable if any of the terms and conditions are not met.

What forms of payment do you accept?

​We accept payments via most major debit and credit cards, and popular mobile payment apps.

Do I need to set up the tent myself?

No, we handle delivery, setup, and breakdown. You simply show up and enjoy! We require a 4-hour setup time on the day of the event to ensure your tent is immaculately prepared for your experience.

What type of space do I need to set up the tent?

We recommend a clean, flat surface at least 20x20 feet with minimal obstructions. Parks, backyards, and private venues all work well. If there are any special requirements to access the property, we require that information during the booking process.

Can I use the tent at a public park or beach?

Yes, you can host your event in a park or public space, but it is your responsibility to obtain any permits required by your city or county.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

The bubble tent is designed to handle mild weather. However, for safety, we do not operate during strong winds, heavy rain, or storms.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

In the event of inclement weather, we allow one free reschedule within 30 days. Cancellations are subject to our terms and conditions.

Can I add food, decorations, or special touches?

We offer optional selected add-ons at an additional cost to make your moments even more special.

How many people can fit inside the bubble tent?

Our bubble tents comfortably accommodate 2–8 guests depending on the size of the tent and the decor setup. Larger groups may require a second tent. We also offer a picnic tent for larger groups.

Is the tent comfortable for both day and night events?

Yes, the tent is equipped with LED lighting, floor mats, pillows, and optional climate control (fans or heaters depending on the season).

Can I smoke or use candles inside the tent?

No smoking is allowed inside or near the tent. Hookahs, candles, or open flames are also prohibited for safety reasons.

How do you ensure cleanliness and sanitation?

​We sanitize and disinfect all equipment after each use to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Can I bring my pet to the event?

Pets are not allowed inside the tent unless approved in advance. Pet-friendly events may require a cleaning fee.

Does the tent require electricity?

We need access to a standard power outlet within 100 feet. If the location has no electricity, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.

Can I rent the tent overnight?

No overnight rentals are allowed unless specifically arranged. We primarily offer 4-hour event blocks with optional time extensions.

When do you arrive to set up and when do you take it down?

We require a 4-hour setup time on the day of the event to set up and return at the end of your event to break everything down.

Do you partner with other vendors or event professionals?
